Day 01 : Arrive Leh

Adventure Activity's Around Manali

The below mentioned are few of the day activities that can be organized around Manali for enthusiastic & fun loving families, couples, young guys and school children. If you are staying in Manali for a shorter period and want to undertake some activities for adventure & fun, the below mentioned are the options available.

Rappelling & River Crossing
Rappelling & river crossing can be organized at a few sites around Manali. Rappelling would involve coming down from a cliff with the help of ropes & carabiners. A fly over fitted over the river would help you to cross it. This can be organized all round the year subject to weather conditions. * Contact Us For Further Information & rates.

Paragliding
Paragliding is organized in Kullu valley throughout the year at Solang Valley, located 14 kms from Manali and other locations like Marhi, Fatru, Bijli Mahadev etc. There are generally two kind of flights:


• Short flights : The client is taken 100 - 150 mts up the slope and takes a flight along with the pilot in the two seater paraglider. The flight lasts for approximately 60 - 90 seconds.


• High flying : Approximately 20-30 minutes flight and arranged at Fatru, Kothi and Bijli Mahadev. Mainly for experienced pilots who have done short flights.

Skiing
Skiing in Manali can be organised at Solang Valley, located 14 kms from Manali from January & February and at Dhundi, Gulaba, Marhi or Rohtang from March to to mid June depending upon snow condition. The clients would be required to have warm clothes, gloves, woolen caps and sun glasses. They should be fit enough to carry the ski equipment (minimum 8 kgs) up the slope to the skiing point.

Skiing as a fun activity can be done for a day and if you would like to learn the sport, we also organize beginners level courses.
